About Us

Most days, the family would gather, breaking bread with aunts, eating with friends, loading a plate for strangers swept in by parents for whom this home was a sprawling gathering of generosity and an outpouring expression of communion, a simple connecting tablecloth spread beneath this intimate, essential way of honouring the world through food.

Such remembered moments were honoured around the tables of the world. The preparation of meals gleaned from a cooking tradition running through the memory of generations, founded on tastes that respected the integrity of the ingredients and the virtue of simplicity.

Now, this is wrapped into the fabric from which Truly Love Coffee is woven. A gentle celebration of coffee and food, a praise poem of heart-felt hospitality and local flavours. A chance to gather with friends, to eat together, and to continue that communion of generosity and enjoyment of life that we find in food.
